In my creative work I have long been guided by the proverb: PLEASURE IS NOT IN THE GOAL BUT IN THE STEPS LEADING TO IT.
Learning new materials, fascination with possibilities offered by continuous search for unconventional combinations, technical and aesthetic values, led me to handmade paper a long time ago. Paper allows us to record emotions, leave traces, and pass information. It can be a transparent veil, delicate and yet incredibly durable material that can be used to build complex structures. This versatility and metamorphosis that paper yields to is fascinating. I find the contact with its various shapes both inspiring and provoking. I always discover something new, and I find it fascinating. I do not want to limit myself. I want to seek. Having humbleness and distance to my art, I realize that I still lack so many skills and I want to master them! Inspired by the surrounding world I react to various stimuli.

An object inspired by the Japanese norens (doorway curtains). The elements can be freely arranged in space, it is important that light and shadow permeate the composition. The object can be viewed from all sides. Installation with handmade paper can stop time by melting fragments of passing, or build powerful and fantastic structures with it, or let it be fleeting in the wind.
