1952年出生于乌拉圭。自2016年起担任多学科戏剧艺术学院（EMAD）综合剧场设计与服装设计教师，自2008年起担任设计中心大学（EUCD）纺织专业教师，1982年成为乌拉圭Tapiceria中心(CETU)创始成员。在瓷砖博物馆(2015)、当代艺术博物馆(1984)和蒙得维的亚卡比尔多博物馆(1989)举办个展。
参加1976年至今的国内国际集体展以及乌拉圭纺织艺术中心(CETU)成立至今的全国纺织艺术会议。曾参加两届WTA国际当代纺织艺术双年展(2017蒙得维的亚、2019马德里)，作为乌拉圭代表参加在南特（法国）和德里(印度)(1989)举行的法国大革命二百周年庆祝活动，入选“自由旗帜”竞赛。曾获得第11届“从洛桑到北京”国际纤维艺术双年展（线上展，2020中国）优秀奖、佛罗伦西奥2007年度最佳服装奖、莫罗索利银奖（Lolita Ruibal基金会，2003年）、保罗·塞尚奖（法国奖学金，1989年）。

Nacido en Uruguay en 1952. Artista Textil. Docente de Diseño Teatral Integrado y Taller de Diseño de Vestuario en EMAD desde 2016. Docente del Área Textil, Escuela Universitaria Centro de Diseño (EUCD) desde 2008. Miembro fundador del Centro de Tapicería Uruguayo (CETU) - 1982. Realizó muestras individuales en Museo del Azulejo (2015), Museo de Arte Contemporáneo (1984) y en él Cabildo de Montevideo (1989).
Exhibiciones colectivas nacionales e internacionales desde 1976 a la fecha.
Encuentros Nacionales de Arte Textil CETU (Centro de Arte Textil Uruguayo) desde su inicio hasta la fecha. II Bienal Internacional de Arte Textil Contemporáneo (WTA) –Montevideo 2017/ Madrid 2019. Seleccionado en el concurso "Estandarte de la Libertad", como representante de Uruguay en los festejos del Bicentenario de la Revolución Francesa, realizado en Nantes (Francia) y Delhi (India) (1989).
