郅敏，1975年出生。中国艺术研究院雕塑院常务副院长、教授、博士研究生导师。中国艺术研究院创作委员会委员、院教学指导委员会委员。作品获得多项国家级奖项。大型雕塑景观作品：《地方》获住建部“2012年度全国城市雕塑建设优秀奖”；雕塑作品《河图洛书——出水的龙马》获文化部“丝绸之路”特别荣誉奖。主持多项全国性大型展览。担任中国美术家协会主办的“大同雕塑双年展——材料篇”策展人；第二届中原国际陶瓷双年展总策展人等。
他曾参加“卡塔尔双年展”、“法国中法艺术展”、“意大利中国当代艺术展”等国际展事。参加中国文联、中国美协举办的全国性展览十数次，作品入选第十三届全国美术作品展、第十二届全国美术作品展、第十一届全国美术作品展、第六届北京国际美术双年展、第八届北京国际美术双年展，中国美术家协会举办的第一、第二、第三届“大同雕塑双年展”，中国美术家协会主办的第一届、第二届中国陶瓷艺术大展、“首届中国雕塑大展”等。参加各类学术展览七十余次。

Zhi Min was born in 1975. He is the Executive Vice President, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor of the Sculpture Institute, China Academy of Art. His works have won many national awards, among them, "2012 National Urban Sculpture Construction Excellence Award" by the Ministry of Housing and Construction conferred on large-scale sculpture landscape work "The Place"; the sculpture work "He Tu Luo Shu - Dragon Horse Out of Water" won the "Silk Road" special honor award by the Ministry of Culture. Zhi Min curated many large national exhibitions. He was the curator of "Datong Sculpture Biennale - Material" organized by the China Artists Association and the chief curator of the 2nd Zhongyuan International Ceramics Biennale and others art events.
Zhi Min participated in international exhibitions such as "Qatar Biennale", "French-Chinese Art Exhibition", and "Italian Chinese Contemporary Art Exhibition". He took part in several national exhibitions organized by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the China Art Association. His works have been selected for the 13th National Art Exhibition, the 12th National Art Exhibition, the 11th National Art Exhibition, the 6th Beijing International Art Biennale, the 8th Beijing International Art Biennale, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Datong Sculpture Biennale organized by the China Artists Association, the 1st and 2nd Chinese Ceramic Art Exhibition and the "First Chinese Sculpture Exhibition" organized by China Artists Association, and other art events. Zhi Min participated in more than seventy academic exhibitions.

Zhi Min nació en 1975. Es vicepresidente ejecutivo, catedrático y supervisor de doctorado del Instituto de Escultura de la Academia de Arte de China. Sus obras han sido galardonadas con numerosos premios nacionales. La obra paisajística de escultura a gran escala - ¨The Place¨ obtuvo el ¨Premio Nacional a la Excelencia en la Construcción de Escultura Urbana 2012¨ otorgado por el Ministerio de Vivienda y Construcción; la obra escultórica "He Tu Luo Shu - Dragon Horse Out of Water" obtuvo el premio de honor especial "Ruta de la Seda", otorgado por el Ministerio de Cultura. Además, Zhi Min fue curador de muchas grandes exposiciones nacionales. Fue el curador de la "Bienal de Escultura Datong - Material", organizada por la Asociación de Artistas de China, y el curador general de la 2ª Bienal Internacional de Cerámica de Zhongyuan, así como muchos otros eventos artísticos.
