这件作品是艺术家为人熟识的丝线雕塑系列，在这里以架上的方式呈现。它结合传统东方美学，探讨了物质（丝线）在平面与三维空间里的物理转换。

This work is from the artist's familiar series of silk sculptures, presented here as an installation. It combines traditional Eastern aesthetics and explores the physical transformation of matter (silk threads) in both flat and three-dimensional space.

作品外观为一座色彩、结构各异的中式旧家具组合体，彷如一座标志着东方文化符号的舞台。从这件建筑的几面窗棂中，延伸出数件丝线雕塑。两端平面图像为中国古代建筑局部设计图稿，被放大了的局部图示变形成为抽象图形，与建筑中老家具组成的外观形成强烈的视觉对话。整件作品从内往外看，观者的视线将透过丝网，看穿此一空间的延伸。丝线雕塑透过窗棂扩张了整体建筑结构。

The exterior of the work is an assemblage of old Chinese furniture in different colors and structures, like a stage that marks the symbols of Eastern culture. From the several window panes of this building, several silk sculptures extend. The flat images at both ends are partial design drawings of ancient Chinese architecture, and the enlarged partial illustrations are deformed into abstract shapes, forming a strong visual dialogue with the appearance of the old furniture composition in the building. The entire work is viewed from the inside out, and the viewer's eye will see through the silk screen and through the extension of this space. The wire sculpture expands the overall architectural structure through the window pane.
