1960年6月5日生于北京，毕业于解放军艺术学院音乐系;总政歌舞团任演奏员、北京教育学院音乐系教师。作品《韵》参加2015年第七届国际时装艺术展；作品《佳人有约》参加2016年第八届国际时装艺术展；作品《和远古有个约会》参加2018年第九届国际时装艺术展；作品《心灵赋格》参加2018年“从洛桑到北京”第十届国际纤维艺术双年展；作品《空无·须有》参加“千年对话---2019 时装艺术国际特邀 展”；作品《岁月无痕》参加《新世界，新视界 ── 2020 时装艺术国际线上展》；作品《驶向远方》参加 2020“从洛桑到北京11th国际纤维艺术双年展”。

Shi Mei was born in 1960 in Beijing, China. He graduated from the Music Department of the PLA Academy of Arts, worked as a performer in the General Administration Song and Dance Troupe, and taught in the Music Department of Beijing Education Institute.
Shi Mei has participated in numerous national and international exhibitions, among them "From Lausanne to Beijing" 11th International Fiber Art Biennale in 2020; "New World, New Vision" - 2020 International Online Exhibition of Fashion Art; "Millennium Dialogue" International Invitation Exhibition of Fashion Art in 2019; "From Lausanne to Beijing" 10th International Fiber Art Biennale" in 2018; 9th International Fashion Art Exhibition in 2018; 8th International Fashion Art Exhibition in 2016 and 7th International Fashion Art Exhibition in 2015.
