Nowadays, industrial production is around life. People gradually realize the harm of industrial production to the environment and get tired of the indifference of industrial products, a large number of copies, and a lack of personality. Yang Gao hoped that through this work, people could rediscover the value of handmade and natural materials. The whole production is purely manual skewers interspersed, occluded, and formed without any additional connection. Gao Yang has been studying bamboo as a material over the last ten years. It is very different from the more conventional materials such as metal, wood, and other typical materials. By comparison, bamboo is very "light", the challenge is how to present this advantage to people. While working on the construction of a "Bamboo Stick Sofa," Yang Gao noticed that the cross-section of the bamboo was very similar and could be compared to the seeds from the head of the Dandelion. As it is known, the Dandelion is a plant with beautiful yellow flowers, its seed head which is a mass of gossamer-type tiny umbrellas, uses the wind because of its lightness to spread its seed.
