1965年出生于乌拉圭，建筑师与视觉艺术家，1986年与Ernesto Aroztegui一起研究纺织品艺术，1992年与Leonilda González一起研究木刻，1982年与Gianella Machado一起研究挂毯。1998年起成为一名建筑师，于乌拉圭共和国大学的建筑、设计和城市化学院毕业。她是艺术项目竞赛以及促进艺术文化项目和文化中心的评审团成员，曾在不同活动中担任策展人以及策展团成员。2019年，被任命为蒙得维的亚旧城遗产委员会的名誉主席。

Uruguay, 1965. Arquitecta y artista visual.
Estudió arte textil con Ernesto Aroztegui (1986), xilografía con Leonilda González (1992) y tapiz con Gianella Machado (1982). Arquitecta desde 1998, por la Facultad de Arquitectura, Diseño y Urbanismo de la Universidad de la República, Uruguay. Fue integrante de jurados en concursos de proyectos artísticos y para la promoción de proyectos y espacios artístico-culturales. Desarrolló actividades como curadora e integrante de equipos curatoriales en distintas oportunidades.
Participó en diversas exposiciones individuales y colectivas desde 1984 entre las que se mencionan muestras realizadas en Uruguay en el Museo Nacional de Artes Visuales, el Centro de Exposiciones SUBTE y el Museo de la Memoria; en Austria, Rotonda de las Naciones Unidas en Viena (2017), y en China, Primer Festival de Escultura Contemporánea, Pingyao (2018). En 2016, obtuvo el primer premio junto al Arq. Javier Olascoaga, en el concurso de proyectos artísticos para un Espacio Memorial Penal de Libertad, obra destacada en la Bienal Internacional de Diseño en 2020, Madrid, España.

Uruguay, 1965. Architect and visual artist.
She has been trained in textile art by Ernesto Aroztegui (1986), woodcut by Leonilda González (1992) and tapestry by Gianella Machado (1982). Architect since 1998, from the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism of the University of the Republic, Uruguay. She was a member of juries in competitions for artistic projects and for the promotion of artistic-cultural projects and cultural spaces. She developed activities as curator and she has been part of curatorial teams on different occasions. She has been Honorary President of the Cultural Heritage Commission of the Old City of Montevideo.
She has participated in several solo and group exhibitions since 1984, including exhibitions in Uruguay at the Museo Nacional de Artes Visuales, the SUBTE Exhibition Centre, the Museo de la Memoria; in Austria, Rotunda of the United Nations in Vienna (2017), and in China, First Festival of Contemporary Sculpture, Pingyao (2018). In 2016, she obtained the first prize together with Architect Javier Olascoaga in the international competition of artistic projects for a Memorial Space for Freedom Prison, outstanding work in the International Biennial of Design in 2020, Madrid, Spain.

创作理念
《户外》是一个关于总体的气候变化、特别是受洪水的影响的艺术作品，它基于与受洪水影响的人们近15年的一起共事的经验。这是对气候变化和灾害对人们日常生活所带来影响的象征性维度的一种人道主义表达，也是对领土和家园的一种反思。
Intemperie es una instalación artística acerca de los efectos del cambio climático en general, y de las inundaciones en particular, basada en la experiencia de casi 15 años de trabajo con personas afectadas por las inundaciones. Es una aproximación humanista a la dimensión simbólica de los efectos del cambio climático y los desastres, en la vida cotidiana de las personas. Es también una reflexión acerca del territorio y el lugar.
OUT IN THE OPEN is an art installation about the effects of climate change in general, and floods in particular, based on almost 15 years of work with people affected by the floods. It is a humanist approach to the symbolic dimension of the effects of climate change and disasters on people's daily lives. It is also a reflection of territory and place.
